Returns & Refunds

Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You are unsatisfied with the product and less than 30 calendar days have passed since delivery.

  • The product is damaged or defective and still within the warranty period.

  • You canceled your order within 12 hours of purchase.

Return Process & Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  1. Contact our Customer Support by email (provided below) within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the product and explain the reason for your return.

  3. Return the product in brand-new condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

    • For damaged items, the product must still be returned in its original, unused state.

  4. Ship the product to the return address provided by our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery.

    • Returns sent to a different address will not qualify for a refund.

    • A shipping receipt with a tracking number must be provided.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received at our Returns Center.

  • Depending on your payment method, funds may take 3–20 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For items valued over $15, we strongly recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Important Notes

  • Items that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or returned at your expense.

  • Broken products: after photos are reviewed and approved, a replacement will be shipped.

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method (except for items purchased with gift vouchers, which are refunded as gift vouchers).

  • Discounted, outlet, or clearance items are not eligible for refund, reimbursement, or replacement.

  • Return addresses are available in USA, Germany, France, UK, and Lithuania. The nearest location will be provided by Customer Support.

  • In case of miscommunication, these Terms & Conditions prevail.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.

  • Orders are processed quickly, so cancellation requests are time-sensitive.

  • To cancel and request a refund, please contact Customer Support for instructions.
